Families welcome.
Guests should leave the kitchen in a clean and tidy state, with dishes cleaned and put away, and refrigerator emptied and cleaned of any spills. A load of towels should be started in the laundry. Sheets may remain on bed.
Garbage must be sorted according to the IWMC (Island Waste Management Corp) guidelines and placed in the appropriate bins for roadside pickup.

The base posted rate covers up to 6 guests. Each additional guest up to a total of 4 extra, will be charged an additional $20 per person, per night. ($140 per full week for each additional guest). Property accommodates a total of 10 guests.

The base posted rate is for peak season – (mid July and all of August). Lower rates are available off peak.
This property accepts interac e-transfer or cheque payment.
On site parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
Host has indicated there are both smoke and carbon monoxide detectors on the property.
Safety features at this property include fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and a deadbolt lock.
